Why is the Connect recording only coming through one ear?

Connect for some reason plays call recordings in stereo so one person's voice is in one ear and the other voice is in the other ear. Sometimes this means only one person can be heard. To fix this, try switching your audio settings to mono sound. 


Go to Start and select Settings

Then choose Ease of Access

On the left side scroll to Hearing and choose Audio

Change the Turn Mono Audio On switch to on

Then retry the call recording and you should be able to hear both voices.
