 | Profile - This is where you can find your profile and many of the application features such as status and availability, updates, mobile downloads and settings |
 | Messaging - We use Microsoft Teams so you don't need to use the messaging feature. Note you cannot send messages outside the system so you cannot message clients here. |
 | Teams - We use Microsoft Teams so you don't need to use this section. |
 | Contacts - Here you can add contacts to your list by email or by number. You can also add your favourite numbers or most used to the top of the list for ease. |
 | Calls - Here you can make calls and see your call history, including missed calls. |
 | Calendar - We use Outlook so you don't need to use this section. |
 | Apps - We have already included the apps you need so please ignore this section. |
 | Help - Here you can find additional help and guides to using the softphone |
 | Call Settings - A quick link to access your call settings. |
