STAFF - How do I Download Webex Softphone Application to my laptop?

Webex is an application to replace the Office UC application 

1 Step - check your Junk email for the Webex email

2 Step – move the Webex email to your inbox and Select Join now Button. Or use the followinglink: https://bwks-uap.webex.com/download?partner-org-uuid=5343abe8-231b-4094-b7db-c19df2b6a3f6&config-set-uuid=72f95b9d-13a1-4384-9abd-7d7edddc4867

3 Step - takes you to the web Browser to download the application by selecting the Download for windows (64bit)

4 Step - Double click the application when is finished (see picture below)

4 Step - Follow the instructions and select Next 

5 Step - Select Next Button

6 Step – Select Finish Button

7 Step – Select Agree Button

8 Step – Enter the CAB email address

9 Step - Select Next button

10 Step – PLEASE NOTE the password will be the Softphone password NOT the CAB email Password 

11 Step - Select Submit button

12 Step – Select OK Button

13 Step – Select Try calling Button

14 Step – Select Got it Button

15 Step – Welcome to the Webex app, very similar to Office UC, for more guidance on the Functionality; Go to IT Solutions in the Knowledge base.
