There are two ways of accessing Outlook on your laptop though you can use Outlook on your mobile device too should you wish. On your laptop, you can either use the Outlook desktop app or your web browser.
Web Browser (Outlook 365)
- On your Web Browser, go to https://office.com
- Use your @cambridgecab.org.uk email address to log in. Your password will be the same password for all the Microsoft Products such as OneDrive and Teams.
- Select the Outlook logo on the left-hand side.
- If you cannot see the Outlook logo, select the App Launcher in the top left hand-side.
- If you still cannot see the Teams button, select ‘All Apps’.
- Search ‘Outlook’ or scroll down until you find the Outlook logo.
Desktop App
Note: If you are using a Citizens Advice laptop that doesn’t already have Office 2019 or Office 365 Apps installed, you may need to contact the IT team for support.
The outlook app should be tabbed at the bottom of your screen on the taskbar.
If you cannot see the outlook app, select the start button and search for 'Outlook'.
Mobile
- On your mobile, go to your App Store.
- Search 'Outlook’ and download the app with the Outlook logo. It should be published by ‘Microsoft Corporation’.
- When the app has downloaded, use your @cambridgecab.org.uk email address to log in. Your password will be the same password for all the Microsoft Products such as Teams and OneDrive.
