Outlook is an internet-based email service. Most of you will be familiar with Outlook as many have had Hotmail or Live email accounts in the past. It functions like most email programs and allows you to communicate with anyone else that has an email address. Outlook is stored in the cloud so you can access it anywhere with an internet connection.
