How do I activate my Okta account and setup the Mobile Okta Verification App?

If it is your first time logging into your Okta Account, start from step 1.

If you need to set up the Okta Verify App on a new device, contact your line manager and ask them to 'Reset your multifactor in Okta Admin'. Once they have done this, follow the instructions from step 4.


 

1 - Go to the CAB email account and activate your account

2- Create a password

 

 

3 - Select a picture as security image


4 - Select Setup Okta Verify  

 

 5 - Select the Type of your mobile device


6 - Select Next

 

 7 - With your mobile phone, scan the barcode and download the Okta Verify app

              

 8 - Do not select RSA Securi ID (not in use anymore) and Select Finish

 

9 - You can select send push or enter a code


10 - You can select the code or select Yes, it’s me

 

 11 - Tick the box

12 - And you are setup
